How to Cast Your Vote: IEI Elections (e-Voting)

Your vote is crucial for the future of the Institution of Engineers. The e-voting process for the IEI Elections is secure, straightforward, and open for a period of 14 days.

Voting Period:

• Starts: October 4, 2025

• Ends: October 18, 2025 (at midnight / 2400 hours)

Eligibility and Important Notes

• Who Can Vote: Only Corporate Members on the Electoral Roll as of March 31, 2025, are eligible to cast a vote. You must be electronically reachable via your registered mobile number and/or email address.

• Data Integrity: No changes to your registered mobile number or email ID can be made after March 31, 2025.

• Security: Your vote is completely secure. Votes are encrypted, and while your membership number is logged for system integrity, the vote itself is anonymous and inaccessible to anyone.

• Multiple Elections: If multiple elections are taking place, a separate One-Time Password (OTP) will be issued for each one.
